Q. There's so much stuff! Do I need to throw things away?
A. Usually no, It's amazing what people buy at an estate sale! That being said, true refuse (old food, hoarded items, magazines, bags, clothing past its prime...etc. feel free!! It might save you money!) Please note, we are not responsible for hazardous waste disposal...paints, stains, solvents, etc... Note, we will attempt to sell these items if the condition of said items allows, leftover items are the clients responsibility (with exceptions, ask!) Arrangements will be made prior.
Q. How much do you charge?
A. We work for a percentage of total sales. The percentage will be determined during the consultation but our starting rate is 35%. There are some variables... location, amount of items, cleanliness, parking (yes, it's a HUGE deal!) We have a lot of people that come to our sales!
Q. Do you sell vehicles?
A. Yes, as long as the title is clear.
Q. Will this cost me any money?
A. No! We take care of all the expenses to make it a successful sale. Advertising is included!
